Course Description

As hybrid and cross-functional work became the default, teams discovered that technical skill alone could not carry a project — the quality of daily communication became the variable that separated high-performing teams from struggling ones. This course works through the four pillars that research and practice have identified as decisive: the structural elements of team communication, active listening as a discipline, the craft of constructive feedback, and principled conflict resolution. Across role-play exercises, scenario analysis, and structured practice, learners build the specific habits and language that make collaboration work under real pressure. By the end, learners can diagnose communication breakdowns, deliver feedback that people act on, and resolve conflict in ways that strengthen rather than fracture team relationships.
